Article 1 - Purpose

The present conditions govern sales by L.P.S., a limited liability company with capital of €100, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 895 377 331.

Article 2 - Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated, and exclusive of processing and shipping costs. If you order from a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the company. Manager. You are entirely responsible for declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros. The company Manager reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price list in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability. Products remain the property of Manager until full payment has been received. Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

Article 3 - REGISTRATION AND VALIDATION OF ORDERS

3.1 Navigation within the Site

The User can view the various Products offered for sale by https://www.parfum-paris-corner.com/ on its Site.
The User may freely browse the various pages of the Site without being bound by any order.

3.2 Registering an order

If the User wishes to place an order, he/she will select the various Products in which he/she is interested, and will express said interest by clicking on the "basket" pictogram.
At any time, the User may :

obtain a summary of the Products selected, by clicking on the basket.
continue or modify your selection of Products by clicking on "Continue shopping".
complete its selection of Products and order these Products by clicking on "Proceed to payment".

To order the Products they have chosen, after clicking on "Proceed to payment", all Users must identify themselves by entering their e-mail address and the password they have chosen when creating their account, or, if this is their first order, by clicking on "Create an account". In the latter case, the User must accurately complete the form provided, in which he/she will include the information required for identification, in particular his/her surname, first name and postal address. In addition, the User must provide his/her e-mail address and a password of his/her choice, which will be personal and confidential and which he/she will need to identify him/herself later on the Site.
The User is informed and accepts that the entry of these two identifiers is proof of his identity and expresses his consent.
Once the User is identified, he/she must validate the delivery address, and an order form will then appear on the screen, summarizing: the nature, quantity and price of the Products selected by the User, as well as the total amount of the order, the shipping costs, the delivery time, the User's contact details, and the delivery address of the Products.

Commercial offers

To benefit from a commercial offer that has been sent to him, the User must enter and validate his "promotional code" in the field provided on the payment page.

3.3 Final confirmation of order and payment

After checking the status of the order, and once all the information requested has been completed by the User, a summary of this information and of the order will appear, and the User must choose the method of payment with which he or she wishes to make payment in order to confirm the order definitively.
Orders are payable in :

euros by French or international credit card.

It is hereby specified that the immediate payment by credit card is secured by S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) encryption in order to protect all data linked to the means of payment, and that at no time will the User's banking data transit on https://www.parfum-paris-corner.com/'s computer system.
As soon as he validates his payment, the order is recorded. The User becomes a Customer. The order form will be recorded on the computer registers of https://www.parfum-paris-corner.com/ and will be considered as proof of the contractual relations between the Parties.
The Customer has a right of withdrawal and reimbursement, during a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the Products by the Customer.

3.4 Order confirmation

A summary of the order will be displayed once the order has been validated.
This confirmation will include all the elements constituting the contract between the Parties.
This order summary will also be e-mailed to the Customer within a few minutes of purchase.
The customer will then have access to "order tracking" by clicking on "Login" and identifying himself with his e-mail address and password.

3.5 Modifying an order

You can track past orders from the "Log in" menu.
To modify an order, it is necessary to cancel the order, return it to the basket and then correct it as required before validating it.
An order can only be modified or cancelled when its status is "Registered".
An order in "in preparation" or "dispatched" status can no longer be modified.

Article 4 - Payment

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment is made by credit card using a secure system. The card is debited only when the order is dispatched. In the case of split deliveries, only products shipped are debited.

Article 5 - RETURN - REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Conditions of withdrawal

The customer has a right of return of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the totality of his order to retract without necessarily giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from his order by an unambiguous statement specifying his full name, e-mail, address, order number and date:

Refunds & Returns

In the event of the Customer's withdrawal, L.P.S will reimburse any payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which L.P.S is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
If the Customer withdraws from the entire order, L.P.S will reimburse all payments received from the Customer for this order.
In the event that the Customer withdraws from part of the Products in the order, L.P.S will reimburse the amount of the Products returned.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment that the Customer used for his/her order or by bank transfer.
L.P.S may defer reimbursement until it has received and checked the Products.

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products. Only new, unused products may be returned. Returns are at the customer's expense. Refunds are made 48 hours after receipt and verification of the package.

The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the complete order or Products.

Article 6 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page. In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences for the delivery time indicated. In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the right to cancel the order under the terms and conditions defined in article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If, in the meantime, you receive the product, we will reimburse you and the delivery costs in accordance with article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code. In the case of deliveries by a carrier, the company Manager cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due exclusively to the customer's unavailability after several proposed appointments.

Article 7 - Warranty

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as stipulated in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or reimbursed. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, with all accessories, packaging and instructions. Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate, and return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipts. The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.

Article 8 - Liability

The products offered comply with current French legislation. The responsibility of the company Manager shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities about the possibility of importing or using the products or services you intend to order. Furthermore, the company Manager cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the product purchased. Finally, the responsibility of Manager cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 9 - Applicable law in the event of disputes

The language of this contract is French. The present conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 10 - Intellectual property

Article 11 - Archiving Evidence

The company Manager will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the French Civil Code. The computerized registers of the company Manager will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
